1. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All orders are sent on a 24-hour courier service for a flat rate of £6.75, regardless of order size. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched; once dispatched, delivery is typically next-day via our courier's 24-hour service. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as adverse weather or courier network disruption.
If any item in your order is delayed or unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you by email as soon as possible with an update.
2. Payment
We accept the following payment methods at checkout: credit and debit card payments via Wix Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely; we do not store your full card details. Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order.
3. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A further email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive these emails.
4. Customs and Taxes
As we currently deliver within the UK only, no customs charges apply to orders placed on this Website. All prices shown include UK VAT where applicable.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@organicmushroomsupplies.com with your order number, and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
